We took a long weekend July 1 and headed to Crystal Beach, TX. It was HOT!! But oh so nice to have my feet in the sand. We just stayed for the weekend. But we all enjoyed a little R & R.
This girl loves the beach. She loved to dig and fill her bucket. She actually broke her bucket and her brothers bucket by over filling them with sand. She also liked to go out in the water and follow the big girls. Sydney was very sweet and took Sofia with her a few times, but I didn't get any pictures of all the girls in the deep.
Surf buddies. These guys acted as if they have not been apart for 18 months. They just dove in and had a blast. Noah had to teach Sam the ropes first though.

And of course it wouldn't complete with a picture with a great friend. We had so much fun chatting and catching up on life. Crazy to see her girls as teens and our boys as kids and not toddlers. It was an amazing weekend that we didn't want to leave. Wishing that the Sample crew lived closer to Texas and not in Arizona, but there is always next summer.
