Happy 5th Birthday Sam!

It's very hard to believe that he is already 5 yrs old. Wow, it just seems like the other day we brought him home and I stayed up all night watching him breath. The last 5 yrs have been fun, silly, challenging and life changing. We love you Samuel Camel!

The Saturday before his birthday we went to the UT campus to the Texas Memorial Museum to see dinosaur bones and animals.

Dustin showed him the bones, but he was a little excited just to be there.

After we left the museum we went to Sam's lunch of choice, Burger King. We then took him to the Disney store to pick out his presents. His Gigi and Pappy sent him money and we let him rack up on Cars stuff. He filled his shopping basket and more. He got 6 model cars, Mac the truck, Cars backpack, Cars shirt, Cars cup, and more. He also was nice enough to buy his sister a Jesse the Cowgirl shirt. Later that evening we took them to play at Jungle Java to play. They had a blast and I forgot to get my camera out.

Very proud of mac truck. We bought him a road rug also for his room so he would have a place to drive all of those cars.

We made a Red Dino cake Wednesday before his birthday to take to school for his class.

We had fun together decorating the cake and trying to keep Sam's finger's out of the icing.

Over all he had a great birthday week. He got to order pizza the night of his birthday and eat more cake afterwards. He still asks me about every other day when is his birthday coming again.
