I would love to be like this all summer, hanging out poolside by myself reading a book. The kids only actually let me stay in this chair for about 15
mins before I had to get in and let Sam show off his new moves without
floaties.

Sam has been able to swim for about a year, but has always been a little timid without the
floaties. This summer he decided that he wanted to go, but he won't get in without
floaties unless I'm in the pool with him.

Both of them enjoying the summer days. Being that we are in Austin, we will be able to go swimming a few more times before the pool closes for the winter. The kids start preschool next Tuesday so we will have to make it poolside in the afternoon, or maybe I can go down when they are in school and actually enjoy the morning without having to navigate little ones in and out.
We are excited about football season and wish we could be in
Fayetteville for the tailgating parties. We have however joined the
Austin Arkansas Alumni Association and will be calling the Hogs
Saturday with a new crowd.

I vote for the go to the pool while the kids are at preschool option.
